- Wet your hair. Lather a quarter-size amount of shampoo onto your scalp and down through the strands.
- Massage scalp thoroughly with fingers for 60 seconds to allow phyto-actives to absorb.
- Rinse out shampoo until water runs clear.
- After shampooing, apply a quarter-size amount of conditioner onto your scalp and down through the strands.

I have been using Vegamour for 5 months for Alopecia Areata and I have seen hair growing back. I’m also doing steroids injections and the capillus laser cap, so not sure if the serum alone works. I do see that my hair is stronger and fuller looking. I was a blonde for a decade and my hair was very fragile, and there has been less breakage since using it. I like that it has no fragrance in it or oils, so I use it everyday. My negative thoughts on the product are: if you have any type of inflammation or sensitivity on your scalp, the alcohol in the serum will burn a little. The liquid tend to run down your face or back of your head, so it doesn’t stay in place. The bottle is too small for the price and when is almost done the pump doesn’t get the reminder of the serum. Also, the bottles have less amount than it should which is annoying. The pump of the serum is made of glass which has broken for me twice; I wish it was made of plastic. My final comment is that this bottle is not a month supply…if you are using all over your head, it’s gone in 2 weeks. I will continue to use it, but I wish it was bigger or cheaper.

Hello , so I will share my 92 days experience with Vegamour - pink bottles and 3 months gummies :) In these 92 days I used four bottles because I need them to grow everywhere. So in both photos, I haven’t washed my hair for 2-4 days to better see the difference . My story is I was vaccinated as a teenager and I had a very bad experience ( it weakened my immunity and I was very tired) some health problems came immediately and some later . So I try everything , but I was looking for something natural what will help me and I will be able to use it even if I was pregnant ( no hormones or drugs ).I know that natural things need time and patience . My experience with the first bottle of vegamour was that the first month my hair fell out more so I looked worse than in the first picture but only in some places . I think that the weakest hair fell out . My experience with second bottle was good . My hair changed in quality and was stronger and they began to fall out less . It did what it said it would do. I now have hair on the top of my head after struggling for many years. I did apply minoxidil with it occasionally to speed the process up.
