Yes! The formula is color-safe, without the harsh sulfates and other synthetic ingredients that fade color.
These products used in tandem are better, safer and cleaner than keratin for several reasons. First, we are a vegan brand. Keratin is derived from cow horns and hooves-- basically slaughterhouse waste. Apart from the ethics and esthetics of that, keratin formulated in a shampoo or conditioner will rinse right out as you shower. Our Karmatin™, a vegan silk which biomimics the strong, resilient strands of spider-silk which is 5X stronger than steel. Karmatin™ bonds to the strand more effectively than animal keratin, filling in the tiny pits and weakened points in a damaged strand, and will stay bonded to the strand until your next shampoo.
YES! The broad-spectrum CBD in the formula will ease irritation and help with those flakes. We suggest giving yourself a pre-shampoo treatment at least once a month with our GRO Scalp Detoxifying Serum, to gently lift and dissolve scalp build-up and soothe irritation.
